We'll do everything to ensure the inmediate availability of our catalog, however, sometimes certain models and products are hard to get. In those cases we'll act this way:
All our products have 30 days return and money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with it. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return.

All refunds are made via PAYPAL. You only need to open an account (takes you 2 minutes) and then they'll deposit your funds into your bank account. If your country is not on the available list of Paypal or you don't have a bank account, we'll find other ways to refund, but probably we'll have to discount extra fees for other services.
Items lost in mail
Since all of our shipping methods are online tracked, if an item fails to be delivered by mail service we will re-ship goods after confirmation of lost/damage in mail. Re-ship will be made by courier delivery in the faster way as possible. If your item was unique, you'll receive a full refund of it.
